THE CHALLENGE
Tourism Training Australia (TTA) is a key organisation supporting the tourism and hospitality workforce through training, events, and industry initiatives. TTA required a partner to manage its diverse needs, including annual events like the conference and awards night, digital transformation, member communications, and webinars. A major undertaking was the WITF project, which aimed to develop 50 micro-credential eLearning courses but faced delays from an external supplier. FoodLogic was tasked with stepping in to rescue and deliver the project while maintaining its comprehensive support for TTA’s ongoing operations.
